Calendar and privacy

Foundry may receive selected habit names, targets, and calculated metrics. Never private notes, email addresses, or sign-in information. Disabling stops new requests and discards in-flight results; saved reviews remain available. Email digests will use Resend once implemented.

Week-start changes apply to future weekly plans. Timezone changes require both zones to show the same date to protect existing work. Recorded local dates are never relabeled.

Your data, to keep

Exports contain only your workspace. JSON includes schedules, status history, entries, private notes, reward adjustments, and saved insight evidence/reviews. CSV contains entry rows; spreadsheet-sensitive text is escaped.

Exports are available after signing into a real workspace.
